Mission/Vision/Services: 
The TECA office is a department that is unlike any other Tribal program in that this Office serves as a granting agency to Tribal programs, departments, and other eligible entities that have been awarded TECA funding by the TECA board, pursuant to CRST Ordinance 74 - Tribal Equitable Compensation Act (Ord. 74). We provide budgetary and operational oversight, and most importantly, we ensure equal access to funds generated from interest through the enactment of P.L. 106 511, "The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Equitable Compensation Act" ("the Act").
