Mission/Vision/Services: 

The purpose of the program is to provide health promotion and disease prevention for the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation. 

Goals: 
 

• To enable people to become effective participants in their own health care.

• To promote the adoption of a healthy lifestyle. 

• To establish a healthy environment conductive to supporting wellness. 

• To help individuals and communities improve their health, by increasing knowledge or influencing their attitudes.
